She began her studies at Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne in 2008, and has continued to build on this by adding certifications to her resume. These include leading customer-focused teams through Cornell University, adult learning & trainings (FSEA) & Hospitality Business Acumen (CHBA by HSMAI).

Lynn went from hospitality employee, to consultant, to now running the agency. Her focus is empowering businesses to become industry leaders. 

Peter Russell

Peter leads all operations and initiatives for Russell Partnership Technology, which includes company strategy, finance, sales, marketing, HR, partnerships and being the public face of the company.

He leads the training team for RPT's collection of industry-leading training, learning and development programs. These includes business simulations, online courses, certifications and bespoke learning environments. All of this is focussed on the hospitality, travel, tourism and events sectors.

He regularly speaks at industry and education conferences worldwide on various topics, including hospitality management, technology and networking.
